Wednesday, January 14, 2009Knocked one off the list today: I went to Ume for lunch, and it was pretty damn good. Granted, I stuck to specialty rolls, edamame and miso soup, so I didn't try the nigiri, but what I did have was excellent.
One of the rolls was topped with salmon and a very thin slice of lemon. Man -- what a great combination of flavors! And I'm not usually a salmon fan (although if I do eat it, I prefer it raw -- for some reason, cooked salmon is too strong for me).
Definitely going back.
