rest day

So I kind of jumped back into training a little too aggressively the past two weeks. I've gone from doing absolutely nothing -- like maybe an hour on the trainer once a week, max -- to diving into 7+ hours of swimming, biking, running and core.

And my body feels it.

Which is why I'm currently spending my evening in compression boots.
